Please note that due to adverse weather conditions in parts of the UK there may be delays in receiving your order.
Our Online Shop remains open and extra measures have been put in place to ensure the safety of staff and customers with surfaces being wiped down and staff washing their hands regularly. Employees are also observing current distancing guidelines to remain at least 2 meters away from one another. We would also like to assure you that from past experience with other coronaviruses, they don’t tend to survive long on parcels and packages.
The situation is constantly changing and quickly so at times you may find that there are delays in receiving your order or responding to enquiries.
Currently the companies we use to deliver our parcels (Royal Mail, Hermes and DPD) are reporting good service, but due to the volume of parcels being received by all couriers over the Christmas period there may be some delays to orders being received. Royal Mail has stated ‘some areas of the country will experience reduced service levels at some points due to Coronavirus-related absences’. They too have put measures in place to adhere to the governments social distancing guidelines. Please visit the individual carrier’s websites to see what measure they have put in place to help stop the spread of the virus.
In the event of a lockdown orders will be dispatched once business is allowed to resume.

We try to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt, subject to stock availability, and UK orders are usually delivered within 5 working days. Parcels delivered using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or DPD require a signature.
Please note postage and packing fees are charged at the rate due before any discounts are applied (e.g. for an £11.00 order reduced to £9.90 after a discount is applied, the p&p will be charged at the rate due for £11.00 i.e. £4.95).
£7.50 initial postage and packing charge, but we reserve the right to charge additional postage if necessary for international deliveries.
If postage costs are in excess of £7.50, we will contact you with details of the additional payment required before dispatch of your order. Please note that no monies will be charged to your card until we receive your authorisation of the additional charge. A £25 Customs Tax charge may also be applied to orders being delivered to Norway, Croatia, Surbia, Iceland and Switzerland which we will contact you about if these apply. International orders are generally delivered within 14 days, but this does vary depending on the destination.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses.
Orders are dispatched using either Royal Mail, Royal Mail Recorded delivery or DPD depending on the size of the parcel being delivered.
If your order is being delivered using DPD you will be emailed details of your tracking number. Once your parcel is out for delivery you will be sent another email providing you with a 1 hour delivery window. If you are not in when they try and deliver it will be left with one of the neighbours either side, which you’ll be informed of by a card through your door, or the parcel will be left in a safe place if we have been instructed to do so. Please note we take no responsibility for parcels left in a safe place should they go missing. If there are no neighbours to accept delivery then a yellow card will be left and an email sent both with details on how to re-arrange delivery.
Parcels sent via Royal Mail or Royal Mail Recorded are unable to be left with a neighbour or elsewhere should you not be in when delivery is made, a calling card should be left providing details of where you can go to collect your package.
Parcels delivered using Royal Mail Recorded delivery or DPD require a signature.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return them for a refund, a receipt and returns slip are enclosed with all our orders. The returns slip must be completed and returned with the goods within 28 days of the goods being received. Goods must be returned unused in the original condition that you received them. Please remember to obtain a proof of posting from your post office, as we are only responsible for returned goods once we have received them. You will be refunded for the goods and the standard postage charge once we have received your returned items, we will not refund you for the cost of returning the goods to us.
