Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process the order.
We accept credit card payment. All our prices are listed in Pounds Sterling. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Please note Tumble Tots is not responsible for exchange rates and card charges. For Internet orders we accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

Shipping And Handling Our postage and packing charge is calculated before any discounts are applied and Standard Delivery is £2.75 for orders to the value of £10.00 and £4.95 for orders over the value of £10.00 for all UK deliveries only. For overseas orders an initial £7.50 postage and packing charge will be applied, however we reserve the right to charge additional postage for international orders. If postage costs are in excess of £7.50, we will contact you with details of the additional payment required before dispatch of your order. Please note that no monies will be charged to your card until we receive authorisation of the additional charge. A £25 Customs Tax charge may also apply to orders being delivered to Norway, Croatia, Surbia, Iceland and Switzerland which we will contact you about if these apply. International orders are subject to local exchange rates and card charges which Tumble Tots is not responsible for. Our Express Delivery service is £7.50 and is only available to UK Mainland delivery addresses. Orders placed by 1pm will be delivered the following working day using our Express Service.
Delivery Schedule We try to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. UK orders are usually delivered within 5 working days. International orders are generally delivered within 14 days. Little Tikes items take 10-14 working days to be delivered as they are shipped directly from the supplier and can only be delivered to UK Mainland addresses.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

The reason we capture this data is to try and provide you with the highest level of service that we can.
Returns Policy A receipt and returns slip are enclosed with all our orders. The returns slip must be completed and returned with the goods, within 28 days of the goods being received. Goods must be returned unused in the original condition that you received them. Please remember to obtain a proof of posting from your post office, as we are only responsible for returned goods once we have received them. You will be refunded for the goods and the standard postage charge once we have received your returned items, we will not refund you for the cost of returning the goods to us.
