Tumble Tots (UK) Ltd also has a national network of over 65 independent Franchises, operating physical play classes at over 350 different locations across the UK.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Shop, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the basket. After you have finished your selection, go to the basket and click on “Proceed to checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process the order.
We accept credit card payment or payments via PayPal. All our prices are listed in Pounds Sterling. If you are shopping from outside the UK, you can place your order using the payment methods provided. Please note Tumble Tots is not responsible for exchange rates and card charges. For online orders we accept Visa, Mastercard and payments via PayPal. Payment will be taken from your chosen method of payment at the time that you place your order.

Your contact details will be stored on our systems on the basis of legitimate interests to allow us to process your order. If you have placed your order as a guest your contact details will remain on our systems for up to six months following the despatch of your order, unless you have agreed to receive our communications. If you have opened an Online Shop account your contact details will remain on our Online Shop unless you close your account. Your contact details will remain on our order processing system for up to six months following the closure of your Online Shop account, unless you have agreed to receive our communications.
Shipping and Handling Our postage and packing charge is calculated before any discounts are applied and Standard Delivery is £2.95 for orders to the value of £10.00 and £4.95 for orders over the value of £10.00 for all UK deliveries only. For overseas orders an initial £7.50 postage and packing charge will be applied, however we reserve the right to charge additional postage for international orders. If postage costs are in excess of £7.50, we will contact you with details of the additional payment required before dispatch of your order. Please note that no monies will be charged to your card until we receive authorisation of the additional charge. A £25 Customs Tax charge may also apply to orders being delivered to Norway, Croatia, Surbia, Iceland and Switzerland which we will contact you about if these apply. International orders are subject to local exchange rates and card charges which Tumble Tots is not responsible for. Our Express Delivery service is £8.99 and is only available to UK Mainland delivery addresses. Orders placed by 1pm will be delivered the following working day using our Express Service.
Delivery Schedule We try to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. UK orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. International orders are generally delivered within 14 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All prices include VAT where applicable at the current UK rate.
Credit Card Security Our payment partners provide secure and reliable payment processing. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Please see their respective privacy policies for more details

Right to Cancel You may cancel your order made with us at anytime up to 28 days after your order has been received. If you wish to cancel your order you must let us know by either emailing us at info@tumbletots.com, or by calling us on 0121 585 7003 (International +44 121 585 7003) or writing to us at Tumble Tots (UK) Ltd, 49G Pipers Road, Park Farm Industrial Estate, Redditch, Worcestershire B98 0HU, UK. To meet the Cancellation Deadline your communication must be sent to us no later than 28 days after your order has been delivered. If your order is already on its way to you or you have received it before you cancel the contract then please fill out the returns slip included in your order and return it to us along with the goods. Goods must be returned unused in the original condition that you received them. Please remember to obtain a proof of posting from your post office, as we are only responsible for returned goods once we have received them. You will be refunded for the goods and the standard postage charge once we have received your returned items, we will not refund you for the cost of returning the goods to us. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. Please note data entered into our registration forms may be collected and stored briefly by us so that we may contact you in relation to the nature of your attempted transaction, even if you don’t confirm the transaction. This may be used to send operational emails to enquire as to why the purchase was not completed. We will not use the data for any other purpose. We will not store it for longer than necessary. The reason we capture this data is to try and provide you with the highest level of service that we can.
