Orders being delivered overseas must be placed before this date, please telephone +44 121 585 7003 to clarify that delivery can be made in time for Christmas. Orders placed between the 22nd December 2011 - 2nd January 2012 will not be dispatched until the 4th January 2012. Please note delivery in time for Christmas is not guaranteed. Please see below for more information about our delivery services.

 

Delivery Options


Standard Delivery – UK Deliveries Only

£2.50 – Orders to the value of £10
£4.95 – Orders over the value of £10

We try to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt, subject to stock availability, and UK orders are usually delivered within 5 working days.

Please note postage and packing fees are charged at the rate due before any discounts are applied (e.g. for an £11.00 order reduced to £9.90 after a discount is applied, the p&p will be charged at the rate due for £11.00 i.e. £4.95).


Express Delivery – UK Mainland Deliveries Only*

£7.50 - Place your order by 1pm and receive it the next working day.

Orders placed by 1pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

Express delivery orders will be delivered using DPD, and you will be emailed details of your tracking number so that you can track your parcel and a separate email providing you with a 1 hour delivery window. For more information please scroll down to the ‘Delivery Information’ on this page.

*Please note this option does NOT apply to Little Tikes items. If your order includes Little Tikes items and other items and you select this option, your other items will be delivered using our Express Service and the Little Tikes items will follow in 10-14 working days time.


International Delivery*

£7.50 initial postage and packing charge, but we reserve the right to charge additional postage if necessary for international deliveries.

If postage costs are in excess of £7.50, we will contact you with details of the additional payment required before dispatch of your order. Please note that no monies will be charged to your card until we receive your authorisation of the additional charge. A £25 Customs Tax charge may also be applied to orders being delivered to Norway, Croatia, Surbia, Iceland and Switzerland which we will contact you about if these apply. International orders are generally delivered within 14 days, but this does vary depending on the destination.

Delivery Information

Orders are dispatched using either Royal Mail, Royal Mail Recorded delivery or DPD depending on the size of the parcel being delivered.


If your order is being delivered using DPD you will be emailed details of your tracking number. Once your parcel is out for delivery you will be sent another email providing you with a 1 hour delivery window. If you are not in when they try and deliver it will be left with one of the neighbours either side, which you’ll be informed of by a card through your door, or the parcel will be left in a safe place if we have been instructed to do so. Please note we take no responsibility for parcels left in a safe place should they go missing. If there are no neighbours to accept delivery then a yellow card will be left and an email sent both with details on how to re-arrange delivery.


Parcels sent via Royal Mail or Royal Mail Recorded are unable to be left with a neighbour or elsewhere should you not be in when delivery is made, a calling card should be left providing details of where you can go to collect your package.

Parcels delivered using Royal Mail Recorded delivery or DPD require a signature.

Little Tikes - Little Tikes items are shipped directly from the supplier and take between 10-14 working days to deliver. These items can only be delivered to UK Mainland addresses, therefore it excludes Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Scottish Isles.

 

Refunds*

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return them for a refund or exchange. A receipt and returns slip are enclosed with all our orders. The returns slip must be completed and returned with the goods within 14 days of the date on the receipt. Goods must be returned unused in the original condition that you received them. Please remember to obtain a proof of posting from your post office, as we are only responsible for returned goods once we have received them. The value of the goods will be refunded on receipt of them, but not the postage and packaging charge. The postage and packaging charge will only be refunded if goods are faulty or damaged. If goods are being exchanged postage and packing will not be charged again.
