Postage Costs

Our postage and packing charge is £2.50 for orders to the value of £10.00 and £4.95 for orders over the value of £10.00 FOR ALL UK ORDERS ONLY. Please note postage and packing fees are charged at the rate due before any discounts are applied (e.g. for an £11.00 order reduced to £9.90 after a discount is applied, the p&p will be charged at the rate due for £11.00 i.e. £4.95).

For overseas orders a £7.50 postage and packing charge will be applied, however we reserve the right to charge extra on international orders. If postage costs amount to more than £7.50 we will contact you for payment of the difference before your items can be sent. You may also place international orders by telephone +44 121 585 7003

Delivery Schedule

We try to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Subject to stock availability. Orders are dispatched using either Royal Mail, Royal Mail Recorded delivery or Parcel Force depending on teh size of the parcel being delivered. Please note that parcels are unable to be left with a neighbour or elsewhere should you not be in when delivery is made. Parcels delivered using Royal Mail Recorded delivery or Parcel Force require a signature. If you are not in when goods are delivered a calling card should be left providing details of where you can go to collect your package. UK orders are usually delivered within 5 working days. International orders are generally delivered within 14 days.

Last Order Dates for Christmas Delivery

All orders must be placed by 17th December 2009 to be received in time for Christmas for UK deliveries only, however orders placed after this date will still be dispatched. Orders being delivered over seas must be placed before this date, please phone +44 121 585 7003 to clarify that delivery can be made in time for Christmas. Please note that any orders placed between 23rd December to the 3rd January will be dispatched from 4th January 2010.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return them for a refund or exchange. A receipt and returns slip are enclosed with all our orders. The returns slip must be completed and returned with the goods within 14 days of the date on the receipt. Goods must be returned unused in the original condition that you received them. Products can be returned via our freepost address, which is detailed on our order form and returns slip. Please remember to obtain a proof of posting from your post office, as we are only responsible for returned goods once we have received them. The value of the goods will be refunded on receipt of them, but not the postage and packaging charge. The postage and packaging charge will only be refunded if goods are faulty or damaged. If goods are being exchanged postage and packing will not be charged again.
