Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. For Internet orders we accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

Shipping And Handling Our postage and packing charge is calculated before any discounts are applied and is £2.50 for orders to the value of £10.00 and £4.95 for orders over the value of £10.00 for all UK orders only. For overseas orders a £7.50 postage and packing charge will be applied, however we reserve the right to charge extra postage on international orders. If postage costs amount to more than £7.50 we will contact you for payment of the difference before your items can be sent.

Delivery Schedule We try to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. UK orders are usually delivered within 5 working days. International orders are generally delivered within 14 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. Returns Policy A receipt and returns slip are enclosed with all our orders. The returns slip must be completed and returned with the goods, within 14 days of the date on the receipt. Goods must be returned unused in the original condition that you received them. Products can be returned via our freepost address, which is detailed on our order form and returns slip. Please remember to obtain a proof of posting from your post office, as we are only responsible for returned goods once we have received them. The value of the goods will be refunded on receipt of them, but not the postage and packaging charge. The postage and packaging charge will only be refunded if goods are faulty or damaged.
